Owners Mike Pallone and Greg Karcheski are life-long friends raised in the northwest corner with strong ties to family and community. Energetic, creative, & dependable; their goal is to provide the client the knowledge, experience, & talent to allow them to achieve their vision. These hands-on owners oversee every project to assure quality craftmanship is provided in an efficient & well communicated manner. OUR TEAM
Whether a new home, expansion, or historic renovation, PK’s tight knit & tenured leads have the depth of experience required to execute the vision efficiently PK is proud to have grown over 19 years to include a team of professionals who are continually refining their particular craft. We believe the fit and finish of a home is of the utmost importance, therefore it has become the focus & expectation of our in-house team. We are fortunate to have assembled a team of designers, foreman, carpenters, tapers, and finishers that share the same pride in their work and attention to detail as the owners.
As project development matures, each client will be paired with a project lead to team with Mike & Greg to guide both project and the client through completion. The important selection of contractor & lead is tailored to ensure individual strengths & experiences are well paired to both client and project requirements.
